PREP: 

Avoid abrasive brushing/flossing for 4 hours prior to appointment.

Drink plenty of water before/after your session to prevent sensitivity. 

AFTER CARE:

Avoid eating for 2 hours after your whitening session.

Prepare to eat “NEUTRAL” colored foods for 24 hours after your session. (Ex: NO coffee, tomato sauce, red wine, smoking)

Stay hydrated to avoid sensitivity...hydrated teeth are HAPPY teeth!

Continue using whitening toothpaste and white Honey Teeth Whitening Foam 2X/week to maintain SURFACE stains.
